Fairy Louise Horn

Fairy Louise Horn, 69, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018. She was born on Thursday, December 2, 1948, in Cleveland, Texas, to Robert James Collins and Doris Elaine (Coleman) Collins, both of whom have preceded her in death. Fairy was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Harold, Herbert Lee and John Wilburn Collins, sisters, Katie Lorraine Horn, Kathleen Elaine Collins; grandson, Michael John-Allen Tanton. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband John Horn; children, Billy Roy Scott and wife Seles, Joey Jason Scott, Donald Dwight Clark, John Willard Horn, Jr. and Dacie Eubanks, Regina Kay Horn-Tanton and Stephen Beaulieu; brother, Don William Atkins; sisters, Linda Horn, Mary Diane Kirkland and husband Benny Ray, Beverly Collins Horn Skweres and husband Mikel; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Fairy will be held at Neal Funeral Home on June 30, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Services for Fairy will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Interment for Fairy will immediately follow at Morgan Cemetery. Pastor Alfred Smith officiating.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
