David Gene Insel, 71, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018. He was born on Saturday, December 7, 1946, in Cooke County, Texas, to Jesse Irvin Insel and Nellie Bernice (Evans) Insel, both of whom have preceded him in death. David was also preceded in death by his first spouse, Lana Insel; brothers, Bobby, John Insel; sister, Cleo McClure. Left to cherish his memory is his loving spouse Darlene Insel; sons, David Insel, Jr. and wife Christine, James Insel and wife Samantha; daughter, Cynthia Morse; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. A Memorial service for David will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
