Chelsea Grace Guignard

Chelsea Grace Guignard of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018.  She was born on Friday, May 25, 2018, in Humble, Texas to Robert Conrad Guignard and Racheal Destiney Sacky Guignard.  Chelsea was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Henry (PawPaw) Williams, Cliff (Grandpa) Heath, Grandma and Grandpa Sacky.  Left to cherish her memory is her loving parents Robert Guignard and Racheal Sacky Guignard; grandparents, Treasa Thompson, Robert Hickingbottom, Rene Guignard, Mary and Dennis Sacky; great-grandparents, Lilly and Larry Thompson, Linda Thompson, Dorothy (Grammie) Heath, Barbara (Momo) Williams; great-great-grandmother, Viola Barker; aunts, Rylee, Danielle, Carmel, Bethany, Jessica, Diana, Helen, Georgia; uncles, Robert, Daniel, Beau, August, Richard, Daniel, James, Michael, Gary and John; cousins, Chloe, Deron, Autumn and Nolan; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Chelsea will be held at Neal Funeral Home on December 20, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Funeral services for Chelsea will commence on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.

All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
