John “Johnny” Barron

John “Johnny” Barron, age 77 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was born February 21, 1941 in Pineville, Louisiana to parents Clyde Leon and Earline DeVille Barron who preceded him in death along with his son, Clyde Ottis Barron; and daughter, Lacy Dianne Barron.

Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Barron; son, John Taylor Barron and wife Meree, Jason Barron and wife Kim Wilke Barron, and Hunter Barron; sister, Betty Jo “BJ” McGuire and husband Louis; brother, Roy Leon “Junie” Barron and wife Donna Sue; grandchildren, Kaiden Barron, Brittney Barron, Jacie Barron, Isaac Regan, Kayla Reeder and Austin Reeder; great-grandchild, Averie Reeder and Jocie is on the way; ex-wife, Peggy Jeffcoat Barron; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas officiated by Pastor Jason Pennington. Interment will be at Boothe Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
