Myrlene Woodrome

Myrlene Woodrome, age 77, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019. She was born July 16, 1941, in Houston, Texas to parents Edward Joseph and Dorothy Evelyn Plander who preceded her in death along with her brother, Marvin Plander; and son, Randy Woodrome.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, George Preston Woodrome; daughters, Wendy Cherry and husband Doug, and Cathy Musachia; son, Ronnie Woodrome and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Matthew Woodrome and wife Amy, Becky Jo and Robin Woodrome, Jamie, Allie, Molly and Jake Cherry; great-grandchildren, Lucy and “soon to arrive” Baby Boy Woodrome; along with many other cherished family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Oak Shade Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2019 at Oak Shade Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2019 at Ferrell Cemetery, Woodville, Texas.
