Liberty County Jail arrest report, April 8, 2019

The following people were booked in at the Liberty County Jail on April 8, 2019:

  • Cates, Amber Nicole – Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Chambers, Kay Lynn – Bond Revocation-Capital Murder and Burglary of a Habitation With the Intent to Commit Other Felony
  • Delgado, Lauro Jr. – Criminal Mischief
  • Gonzales, Jesus Lewis Jr. – Bond Revocation-Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon
  • Henson, Alicia Nicole – Ran Red Light and Failure to Appear
  • Jordan-Burden, Amberlynn Nicole – Evading Arrest and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Laborde, Jonathan Andrew – Driving While License Invalid
  • Lee, James Elliot – Theft of Property
  • McCumber, Holly Ann – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • McMurrey, Dennis Justin – Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Carrying Weapon and Possession of Marijuana
  • Mertz, Crystal – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Hold for TDCJ
  • Miller, Michael Lewis – Evading Arrest or Detention With a Vehicle and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Tyler, Robert Marvin III – Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information

The murder charge against Chambers is from a Sept. 13, 2016, incident in Dayton in which she and four other persons allegedly burglarized a home on the 1100 block of Elaine St. and caused the shooting death of the resident, Ray Von Burger, 28.
