David Wayne Johnson

David Wayne Johnson, 62, of Houston passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at home. David was born September 29, 1956 in Houston, Texas to parents James Fowler Johnson and Nelda Joyce Lovell Johnson.

Memorial service for David will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 27, 2019 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
David had lived in Humble for the past three years after moving from Houston. He attended Furr High School and had worked for Harris County. David enjoyed playing his guitar.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Becky Johnson of Humble; children, Mark Kefauver of Baytown, David Lee Johnson and wife Crystal of Alvin, Eric Johnson and wife Wendy of Kenefick, and Bryan Brown and wife Monica of Humble; nine grandchildren; brother, Michael Johnson; sisters, Brenda Suing and husband Tim and Cindy Gonzales; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

For those who desire memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the charity of your choice.
