Thomas Henry Barnes, Sr.

Thomas Henry Barnes, Sr., age 97 of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019. He was born March 18, 1922 in Floydada, Texas to parents Thomas and Viola Barnes who preceded him in death.

Survivors include his son, Thomas Henry Barnes, Jr. and wife Eva; daughter, Judy Hester and husband Ron; sister-in-law, Dorothy Barnes; grandchildren, Craig Barnes and wife Deanna, Curtis Barnes and wife Kim, Misty Costa, Zachary Pennington, Laurie Prosperie and husband Toby, Natalie Punch and husband Joffery, and Jane Hester; great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Rachel, Rebecca, Jakob, Alexis, and Ashlie; great-great-grandchildren, Hunter, Shelby, Oscar, and Michael; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at First Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas. Services will follow starting at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at First Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Coldspring, Texas.
