Family will receive friends at Pace Stancil Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Freddie’s funeral will be in the chapel of Pace Stancil – Cleveland on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Ryan Cemetery.
