A time of visitation and fellowship will take place from 1 to 3 PM prior to the service. Internment will immediately follow the service at Guedry Cemetery in Batson.

Dib Hall passed from this life on Monday, June 3, 2019 at his home. Mr. Hall was born February 24, 1947 in Hull to Isaac and Lela Mae Hall.

Dib was a lifelong resident of Hull. Dib was a faithful Christian man, who lived his life by the good book. Dib was a simple man who lived off the land. He loved everything outdoors. If there was ever such a thing as a professional coon hunter, he was it. He enjoyed hunting and fishing whenever he could with friends and family. He always enjoyed his trips to Arkansas to hunt and fish and visit family and friends. His dogs were a big part of his life. His four legged companions were always by his side no matter at home or out hunting up a scent. He always kept a big garden and loved to share what he grew. He could shell peas for hours at a time and enjoyed doing it. Everyone always knew that Dib was a character. He was always quick with a joke or a prank. It was well known that he hated to wear shoes and because of that he had the toughest feet in the world. He was a one of a kind story teller and rarely told the same story twice. Dib’s greatest treasure in life was his family. He was a true family man at heart. Dib will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
