Joyce Gail Stephenson, 75, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019. She was born on Thursday, February 3, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Alphonse Kaiser and Hilda (Hargrave) Kaiser, both of whom have preceded her in death. Joyce was also preceded in death by her husband; William Lee Stephenson, brothers; Kenneth, James and Ronnie Kaiser, sister; Barbara (Kaiser) Fitzsimmons, and granddaughter; Victoria Leigh Stephenson. Left to cherish her memory is her son, David Stephenson; daughter, Angie Carter and husband Alan; brother, Lee Kaiser; grandchildren, Jason, Adam and Jordan Carter; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
