Shirley Watson

Shirley Watson, 83, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019.  She was born on Tuesday, December 10, 1935, in Rapid City, South Dakota, to Claude Lewis Hadley and Ruth (McDermaid) Hadley, both of whom have preceded her in death.  Shirley was also preceded in death by her sons, Larry Watson, Michael Ray Watson, Rocky Joe Watson, brothers, Norman Roberts, Gary Lee Glover; sisters, Marilyn Namink, Myrna Boykin.  Left to cherish her memory is her loving spouse Donald Lee Watson; daughters, Linda Sue Williams, Donna Brock and husband Alex; son, John L. Watson; brother, Claude Dean Hadley and wife Tina; sister, Sharon Flores and husband Rod; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Shirley was very proud of her three – five generation families.  Visitation for Shirley will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, July 5, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Interment for Shirley will immediately follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Ronald Ellisor officiating.

All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
