Denise Annette Grotte

Denise Annette Grotte was born November 12, 1959 in El Paso, Texas and passed away July 13, 2019 in Cleveland, Texas at the age of 59. Denise married Mitchell B. Grotte in El Paso, Texas on April 5, 1980 and enjoyed over 39 years together. Denise was also a Realtor for the last 10 years in the Livingston area. She was preceded in death by her father, Don H. Nelms; son, Mathew B. Grotte; grandmother, Iva Dell Miller; grandfather, Harmon T. Wilson; step-grandfather, Harris Miller. Denise is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Mitchell B. Grotte of Cleveland, Texas; mother and step-father, Tommie E. (Wilson) Glock and Charles M. Glock of El Paso, Texas; sons, Joshua R. Grotte of Clear Lake, Texas and Justin D. Grotte of Porter, Texas; grandchildren, Caleb and Lila Grotte; brothers, Jeffrey L. Nelms and Clinton R. Nelms, both of El Paso, Texas; sister, Camilla J. Frensly; and numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends. Visitation will be at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 4-5pm with a Celebration of Life Service starting at 5pm with Pastor Jim Mayland officiating. Burial will be in Wisconsin at a later date.

There’s still time to send flowers to the Visitation at the Neal Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on July 20, 2019.
