George Barnett Parker

Born December 31, 1938 and passed away at his current home in Livingston, Texas on September 1, 2019 at the age of 80. George was born in Buhl, Alabama to his late parents Samuel Parker and Emma Hisaw. He is preceded in death by his oldest sister Ethel Ritchie. George leaves behind this loving wife of 42 years Denice Parker of Livingston, Texas, daughter Cathleene Parker Hutson and her husband Jay of Cleveland, Texas; four grandchildren Brian Pendarvis of Livingston, Texas, Farrah Thomas and her husband William of Livingston, Texas, Breanna Lloyd and Hunter Lloyd both of Cleveland, Texas; three great grandchildren Gunner Thomas, Braxtynn Lloyd and Ensley Heath; sister Peggy Peterson and her husband Charles of Tarkington; several nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and friends. Mr. Parker lived in Baytown, Texas from 1977 to January 2019. Mr. Parker could be seen around town picking up cans in his electric wheelchair. He was also known on the CB radio as either the wheelchair man or The Red White and Blue. He meet his wife Denice off the CB radio. Mr. Parker didn’t want any special services at this time.
