Harrison Pierre Langlinais, Jr.

Harrison Pierre Langlinais, Jr., age 71 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019. He was born April 5, 1948 in Houston, Texas to parents Harrison Pierre Langlinais, Sr. and Ruth A. Dowdy who preceded him in death along with his step-father, Perry P. Dowdy; and his loving wife, Daisy Mae Langlinais.

Mr. Langlinais was a Vietnam Veteran. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching cowboy shows and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his daughters, Connie Lynn Stewart (Lonnie), and JoAnn Rose; sisters, Toni Landrum (Johnny), and Sue Bradbery (Garry); brother, Bennie Langlinais; grandchildren, DeMitchel Pierre Armstrong (Melena Villagomez), and Johnny Alton Armstrong; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday, September 9, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Graveside services will be follow starting at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
