City of Cleveland celebrates fall with free family festival

A crowd of people mill around the Stancil Exposition Center on Saturday, Oct. 5, for this year's Fall Festival, a free, family-friendly event hosted by the City of Cleveland and organized by Cleveland Civic Center.
