Charlotte Blevins

Charlotte Blevins, 61, of Shepherd, Texas passed away peacefully on Saturday December 28, 2019.  She was born in Houston, Texas on Monday February 10, 1958 to, James William Knight and Mary Louise (Boney) Knight, both of whom have proceeded her in death.  

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband Randall Blevins, Sr.: children Brenda Watson and husband Tyro, Jackie Fulcher, Randall Blevins, Jr. and wife Mary; brothers, James “Randy” Knight, Jeffrey Knight and wife Jessica; sister, Danette Jernigan; grandchildren Heaven-Lee, Cheyenne, Dia, Jasmine, Jesse James, Hailey, Isabella, Laci and Zachariah; 5 great-grandchildren.

Charlotte love to go to the beach, her dog Si, and riding her Harley motorcycle.  She especially love watching AMC, all the old black and white movies, and music.  She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

A graveside service for Charlotte will be held Monday, December 30, 2019 at 2 pm at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.     

All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home
