Billy Sean Kneer

Billy Sean Kneer, known for his expertise as a gas turbine alignment specialist, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in Dayton. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on August 1, 1991. Billy’s passion for his work was evident to all who knew him.

In his free time, Billy pursued various hobbies with great enthusiasm. He particularly enjoyed cooking briskets, racing RC cars, fixing things as a mechanic, and immersing himself in music that touched his soul.

Billy Sean Kneer will be fondly remembered by his grieving parents John and Rhonda Kneer. He also leaves behind his grandparents Bill & Pam Hendrikson, Diane Hendrikson, Doug and Marinda Magoon, brother Johnny Kneer and sister-in-law Heather. Additionally, he will be deeply missed by his nephews and nieces Ashton Kneer, Madison Kneer, Amerah Kneer, cousin Cherrish Hudson and her children Elayshia and Elijah, cousin Chelsea Hudson and her son DaVinci, and an aunt Michelle Pylest.

Services to honor and celebrate Billy’s life will be held at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Rich Cope officiating.

As we mourn the loss of Billy Sean Kneer, let us also cherish the memories we shared with him and the impact he had on each of our lives. May he rest in peace.
