New Caney man arrested for Aggravated Assault, named as suspect in sexual assaults of minors

Deputies from the office of Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, in coordination with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Harris County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search and arrest warrant at a residence located in the 21000 block of Dallas Street, New Caney, Texas.

The operation led to the arrest of Christian Morales, identified by his Texas driver’s license, as a 23-year-old resident of New Caney, on an outstanding warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. According to a statement from the constable’s office, Morales is also a person of interest in a series of sexual assault cases involving minors across multiple counties.

“Constable Hayden’s Office is dedicated to protecting our community, especially the most vulnerable among us. We believe there may be additional victims in and around our jurisdiction and urge anyone with information to come forward,” a statement reads.
