Eva Joyce Anderson, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born on Saturday, October 18, 1947, in Jasper County, Texas, to Louis Samuel Hill and Bertie Viola Hill, both of whom have preceded her in death.
Eva was also preceded in death by her husband, Doug Herndon; brother, Rayford Hill; daughter, Michelle Garrison; and sister, Carolyn Mixx. Eva loved to cook meals for her family. She also enjoyed gardening and being outside by her pond, watching the hummingbirds. Eva was a faithful servant to the Lord as well.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughters, Carolyn Lynne Garrison, Milinda Ethridge and husband Harlen, Jeannie Garrison Tripp and husband Joe; brothers, Kenneth Anderson and wife Melissa, Harold Hill, Bryon Hill; grandchildren, Mellisa Garrison and husband, Brandon Garrison and wife Lori Cox, Shannon Garrison, Cheyenne Fort Smith, Savannah Fort, Michael Poore, Timothy Smith and Lara Anderson; along with numerous great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, family members, and treasured friends.
