Liberty
The City of Liberty will sponsor the Annual Liberty Independence Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Liberty Municipal Park. Vendors will be set up from 5 to 9 p.m. with the fireworks show starting at 9:15 p.m.
All vendors must be self-contained with their own electricity and/or water. No service hook-ups are available at the park. To reserve your space, applications must be submitted by June 24, 2024. Mobile food vendors need a permit issued by the City of Liberty Permits Department. Set-up will begin at 1 p.m. on July 3.
“We are limiting the number of spaces and the number of like items. If at any time during the event it is discovered that you are serving an item that is a duplicate of another vendor’s item and you did not previously have permission to do so, you will be asked to stop selling that item. We want to provide a well-rounded show and a good opportunity for all our vendors to have a profitable showing,” said City Secretary April Gilliland.
Applications can be found online at www.cityofliberty.org or picked up at City Hall. Late applications will be accepted on standby. Notification of acceptance will be emailed shortly after receipt of the application.
