The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southeast Texas is excited to announce the honorees for its 5th Annual Professional Women’s Conference, presented by Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. The event will be held on Sept. 12 at Doggett Ford Park, offering a day filled with inspiration, education, and networking opportunities.
BBB will recognize the following remarkable individuals as the 2024 Women of Integrity:
- Christy Sanders Brown of Silsbee, Customer Service Manager for Entergy Texas
- Yolanda Gudino of Port Arthur, Owner of Delicias Yolis & Grill LLC
- Erika Harris of Beaumont, Owner of Erika Harris Consulting LLC
- Maureen McAlister of Orange, Executive Director for United Way of Orange County
Women of Integrity are honored for their exceptional business leadership, community involvement, and unwavering commitment to high ethical standards.
Additionally, the following ladies will be recognized as the 2024 Distinguished Women of Southeast Texas:
- Judge Delinda Gibbs-Walker of Jasper, District Judge for Judicial District 1-A
- Frieda White of Cleveland, Founder of Operation Refuge, Inc.
Distinguished Women of Southeast Texas are celebrated as trailblazers, newsmakers, and influential figures who have paved the way for future generations of professional women in the marketplace.
New for 2024, the conference will recognize the Junior League of Beaumont with the 2024 Professional Women’s Community Impact Award for its outstanding contribution to women and for the support it provides to the Southeast Texas communities.

The 2024 conference will feature a diverse range of breakout sessions, including topics such as AI, Conquering Self-Doubt, Financial Planning for Women, Mastering Your Minutes, and more. The full lineup of speakers and topics will be announced on Monday, August 19th.
Keynote speaker Meredith Jurica, Founder and CEO of Makeup Junkie Bags and a notable guest on the TV show Shark Tank, will share her inspirational journey and entrepreneurial insights.
