Victoria Elizabeth Pell was born Sept. 21, 1962, in Bedford, Pennsylvania to parents, Louis Milam Sr. and Betty Ruth Price Milam. She passed away in Houston, Texas on Aug. 16, 2024, at the age of 61.
Victoria Elizabeth greatly loved her family. She relished her younger years growing up with her brothers and sisters, and then growing up and raising her children. Her favorite times were with her children and husband Paul, and then came her grandchildren which she loved dearly. She also loved gardening and painting. Victoria Elizabeth will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Milam Sr. and Betty Ruth Milam. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Paul Pell; children, Quentin Pell, Scott Pell and wife Mandi, Austin Pell and wife Jenna, Michael Hollingsworth and wife Lainey, and Joseph Hollingsworth; brothers, Louis Milam Jr. and David Milam; sisters, Susan Lynn Milam and Cynthia Naaykens; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will be in the Pace-Stancil Chapel on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024 from 12-1 p.m. Her funeral service will begin at 1pm with Pastor John Davidhizer officiating. Burial will follow in Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens. Pallbearers for the service will be Jeff Hollingsworth, William Hollingsworth, Kara Hollingsworth, Ian Milam, Isaiah Milam, and Joshua Milam.
