Lee Emerson Ellis, age 35, passed away Aug. 18, 2024, unexpectedly. Lee was born Oct. 7, 1988, to Janet Ellis and David Fellows. He served in the Marine Corps during the Iraqi Freedom War.
Upon returning to civilian life he became an electrician. Lee traveled the United States in abroad. Travel was a passion of his. He never met a stranger and always came away with more friends.
Everyone who knew Lee remembers first his ready smile and easy laugh. His friendly personality and willingness to help even if it was inconvenient will be his legacy.
Preceding him in death his father David Fellows and sister Kristina White.
He is survived by his fiancé Veronica Monteleone and her daughter, Mother Janet Helms and step-father Ernest Helms, sister Kimberly and daughter, step-sister Rachel Harris and family, sister Rebekah Mansker and family, step-brother Benjamin Faulkner and family, brother Micheal Ellis and girlfriend, Step-brother Jonathan Faulkner and family, twin sister Beatrice Hill and family, step-sister Jessica Gutierrez and husband, brother Sean Fellows and family, step-sister Katelyn Helms and family, brother Patrick Fellows and family, and many other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held Sept. 14, 2024, 1 to 3 p.m., located at Harvest Baptist Church in Crosby, Texas.
