- Wolfe, Tommy Wayne – Driving While Intoxicated, third or more, and Failure to Appear
- Hernandez, Nelson Djesus – Parole Violation
- Smith, Jazimen Rosetta – Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Antonio, Melo – Driving While Intoxicated
- Depaz, Juan – Assault/Family Violence, Evading Arrest or Detention and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport
- Solomon, Erick – Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport
- Castro-Guardado, Lenis Javier – Sexual Abuse of a Child, Continuous, Victim Under 14 (two counts), Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (two counts) and Hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Notice that Liberty county has a lot of DWI third or more offenses. seems like there should be harsher penalties for this state and nation wide.
