Dayton residents brave rain to clean up city streets

In misty rain on Oct. 30, 2024, 15 dedicated Dayton residents took to the streets to make their community a little cleaner. Pastor Ken Davis began the event with a prayer, and afterward, the group walked through the city, collecting 25 bags of trash and outdated signs.

Volunteers included Emilie Todd, Charlie Todd, Cynthia and Johnny Miller, Caroline and Larry Wadzeck, Larry Harris, Ken Davis, Susan Simmons, Alan Conner, Thomas Caster, Richard Caster, Eleanor Williams, Marisa Caster, Blake Sigle, and Sydney Nations.
