Two suspects wanted in connection to a fatal shooting outside a Liberty bar have been apprehended. Christopher Jamal Wickliff, 32, of Houston, and Crystal Salinas, 36, of Dayton, surrendered to law enforcement over the weekend.
Wickliff has been charged with murder in the death of Christopher Lynn Pilgreen, 37, of Hull. Pilgreen was found lying face down on the concrete outside Outlaw Jacks bar, located at 3216 Beaumont Ave., late Thursday night, Dec. 12. Wickliff is being held without bond at the Liberty County Jail.
Salinas faces a charge of Failure to Report Felony With Serious Bodily Injury or Death. Bond information for Salinas has not yet been made available.
Liberty Police Department responded to a 911 call about a possible shooting just before midnight on Dec. 12. Upon arrival, officers discovered Pilgreen deceased at the scene.
In the early stages of the investigation, Liberty PD released a photo of two persons of interest in the case, asking for the public’s help in identifying them. By late Friday night, Dec. 13, the investigation reportedly reached a breakthrough with arrest warrants issued for the suspects.
Further details about the circumstances surrounding the murder have not yet been released. The investigation is ongoing.

Thank you Jesus. Amen. They can’t hurt anyone else. I just hope they get what they deserve and not some stupid plea bargain
If a person has tattoos on their face or neck, arrest them immediately. They will usually be in a mugshot sooner or later.
That’s not true, all people aren’t the same so what are you saying , if you wear makeup it’s the same!!!!
They should closed down all liquor stores and bars it’s just a way for people to not use their best judgment. If people are taunting you just get in your car and leave. It’s not worth the energy to entertain them. We aren’t the judge and markings on body display doesn’t distinguish them. We all just need to be sure our lives are align with the Living Standards of God’s Word!!
