Dennis McCarty, Sr., 85, of Humble, Texas, passed away Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, at a family residence.
Dennis was born July 29, 1939, in Philadelphia, Penn., to parents, Hebert G. and Elsie M. Higgins McCarty.
Mr. McCarty was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 51 years: June Walker McCarty, and two Great Granddaughters Roxanne Lydia Osburn and Eve Grace Khaleesie Farrington.
He is survived by his eight children, eldest daughter June McCarty; son Dennis McCarty Jr. and wife Heather; son Shawn McCarty and wife Miranda; daughter Shannon McCarty; son Patrick McCarty; son Christopher McCarty Sr. and wife Lana; son Kevin McCarty; son Josh Gee. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
