Bobbie Jean Johnson was born July 23, 1939, in Liberty County, Texas to parents Willie Vickery and Audrey Trevathan Vickery. She went to her heavenly home on Jan. 4, 2025, at the age of 85.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Johnny Johnson Sr.; parents, Willie and Audrey Vickery; sisters, Mary Shaw, JoAnn Cotton.
She is survived by her son, Johnny “Jbo” Johnson Jr.; sister, Linda Thompson; nephews, Willie Shaw, David Johnson, Tom Johnson, Michael Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Jim Johnson, Nathan Johnson, Rex Johnson; nieces, Jody Grahman, Vickie Sparks and husband Mark, Brenda Johnson, Rosa Julien, Jennifer Chandler; as well as numerous great-nephews, great-nieces, other relatives, and dear friends.
A visitation for Bobbie will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. Her funeral service will be on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 10 a.m., at the Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland, Texas. Bobbie will be laid to rest at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens. Pallbearers for the service will be Justin Shaw, Jason Shaw, Mark Sparks, Ruben Lowe, Michael Johnson, Tom Johnson, Nathan Johnson.
