The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, including personnel from the Conroe Police Department, arrested a Conroe man on a felony warrant on Feb. 18.
Osballdo Rodriguez, 22, a documented gang member, was taken into custody on a felony warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm in Montgomery County.
Rodriguez was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he remains in custody.
