The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a robbery at the Target store on Market Place Drive in New Caney.
On May 19, 2025, the suspect allegedly attempted to conceal merchandise and “skip-scan” items at the register. When confronted by store employees, she reportedly used her shopping cart as a weapon and fled the scene in a Toyota sedan, as shown in the image below. Authorities believe the suspect may be linked to several other retail thefts in the area.
