The following people were booked in at the Liberty County Jail on May 21, 2025:

  • Rodriguez, Eric – Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts)
  • Prevost, Amanda Batrice – Hold for the State of South Carolina – Counterfeiting, Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, Counterfeiting 
  • Bay, Michael Wayne – Theft of Property, with two or more previous convictions 
  • Juarez, Fausto Jr. – Assault of a Peace Officer/Judge and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport
  • Taylor, Ivory Deshun Howard – Burglary of a Habitation

    • Yep, because they get numerous free felonies before a judge will actually sentence them with any consequential jail time. The criminal justice system, mainly judges, don’t care about victims. Liberty County is just as pathetic as Harris County.
