Hull-Daisetta HS honors 16 seniors at 2025 graduation ceremony

Graduation for Hull-Daisetta High School was held on May 23 to honor the Class of 2025. Sixteen graduates proudly walked the stage, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. Surrounded by family, friends, and faculty, these students celebrated years of hard work, growth, and achievement.

This year’s Class of 2025 (in alphabetical order) includes Athena Alfaro, Heidi Calverley, Matthew Espree, Rebecca Guillory, Aiden LaCour, Ella Mitchell, Dash Lyder, Layne Lynch, Adriana McCreight, Trinity Overstreet, Kaitlin Quinn, Eli Ramirez, Haylee Reed, Joshua Smith, Logan Smith, Zander Smith and Jaliah Whitley.

  1. Can you please correct the number of graduates to 17. I see you have added the name Matthew Espree but did not correct the headline or in the wording.

  2. Many of the graduates from this small class are going on to continue their educations. These young people had an amazing counselor who works very hard by pushing these children to do what is needed for successful futures.
    I want all of liberty county to know Mrs. Taylor at HDHS works hard for her students without the accolades she deserves.
    This class is small, but I believe if there were 100 she would help them.
    A word of advice for future parents would be to keep your child in Daisetta because the classes are small and they have more one on one time with their teachers. Keep your children in Daisetta, because when they get to high school they will have this amazing counselor Mrs. Taylor there to push them to do everything possible to continue their education.
    I truly witnessed God use Mrs. Taylor to answer prayers. God uses people for his will and he uses the counselor at HDHS.
    I want to give this teacher the accolades she most certainly deserves.
    But God, his will be done.
