Students from across the area have earned recognition for their academic achievements during the Spring 2025 semester. From graduating with honors to earning coveted spots on President’s and Dean’s Lists, these individuals have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their studies across a variety of colleges and universities nationwide. The following students were recently honored:

Sam Houston State University celebrates spring graduates

Angelo State University awards degrees and Dean’s Honors

Robert Aaron of Dayton earned a Bachelor of Security Studies in Intelligence and Analysis, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was also named to the Dean’s List.
Rithy Heng of Dayton was named to the Dean’s List for Engineering Fundamentals ME.
Devonte Robertson of Cleveland was named to the Dean’s List for Interdisciplinary Studies.

Abilene Christian University recognizes Dean’s Honor Roll

Eternity Metts of Cleveland, a senior majoring in Art, was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll.
Emma Hargrave of Dayton, a sophomore majoring in Finance, was also named to the Dean’s Honor Roll.

Samford University announces Spring 2025 Dean’s List

Brighton Reeves of Dayton, a Pre-Business major, was named to the Dean’s List at Samford University.

Midwestern State University celebrates spring honor students

Lucas Moore of Shepherd was named to the Dean’s List.

Graceland University honors local students

Rene Romero of Liberty graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management Transformational Leadership. He was also named to the President’s List.
Alissa Caruso of Dayton was named to the President’s List.

Hollie Thomas of Liberty, a Health Studies: Pre-Professional Health Studies major, was named to the President’s List.
