A 17-year-old fugitive on the Crime Stoppers Top 10 Most Wanted list was arrested Tuesday by members of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Conroe Police Department, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Levi Justin Baldwin was taken into custody on June 3 by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, which includes personnel from both local law enforcement agencies.
Baldwin was wanted in Montgomery County on felony warrants for assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing.
He is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances of the arrest.
