Authorities search for missing 14-year-old girl last seen in Highlands

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile who was last seen earlier this week in the Highlands area.

Debra “Dawn” Moore, 14, was last seen around 11:20 a.m. on July 20 in the 600 block of Clear Lake Road. Her clothing description is unknown at this time.

Moore is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes, light brown hair and fair skin. She has a distinctive mole on her left cheek.

Authorities urge anyone with information on Moore’s whereabouts to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit at 713-274-9270 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
