Kyle David Somers

Kyle David Somers was born in Houston, Texas on Aug. 10, 1973, to parents, Clyde Lee Somers and Beverly Ann Rucker Somers. He passed away in Shepherd, Texas, on Aug. 13, 2025 at the age of 52 years.

Kyle worked as a painter in the construction industry and was a hard worker.

Above all, Kyle loved his family and cherished his wife and sons. He enjoyed life and treasured every moment he spent with his family and friends.

Kyle was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Lee Somers; brother, Keith Dane Somers; nephew, Brian Andrew Somers. He is survived by his beloved mother, Beverly Somers; beloved wife of 21 years, Cassie Somers; beloved sons, David Somers and Dillon Somers; beloved brother, Kevin Lee Somers; numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home from 3-6 p.m. Funeral Service is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dalton Currie officiating. Burial will follow in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery.
