Jimmy Floyd Long

Jimmy Floyd Long was born in Houston, Texas Sept. 5, 1946, to parents, Jack Long and Jennine McKay Long. He passed away in Conroe, Texas, on Sept. 13, 2025, at the age of 79.

Jimmy worked many years for Livingston Propane before his retirement. He loved to travel and was well known for his barbeque. Jimmy loved his family and will be greatly missed by everyone who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Jennine Long. Jimmy is survived by his beloved children, Kanisha Bradshaw and husband Jason, and J.J. Long; sisters, Cecilia Fitzsimmons and Jackie Haltom; grandchildren, Olivia Bradshaw, Logan Bradshaw, Jayden Bradshaw, Michael Long and wife Ashtyn, and Bryan Long; great-grandchildren, Emmery Long, Kennedi Long, and Maislynn Long. No services are scheduled at this time.
