Kirk Wayne Enloe

Kirk Wayne Enloe, a beloved figure in his community and a devoted family man, passed away on Oct. 2, 2025, in his hometown of Cleveland, Texas. Born on May 11, 1961, Kirk lived a life defined by hard work, love for his family, and a genuine kindness that touched the hearts of many.

Kirk dedicated a significant portion of his life to his career as a retired ironworker. His strong will and unwavering determination were hallmarks of his character. Colleagues and friends would often remark on his straight-shooter approach, always offering honest advice and a helping hand when needed. He was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back to help others. His great heart endeared him to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Kirk was a faithful servant to the Lord.

In addition to his professional life, Kirk was an avid outdoorsman with a particular passion for hunting. He participated in bow-hunting competitions, where his skills and dedication shone brightly. These hobbies brought him immense joy and allowed him to share quality time with friends and loved ones.

Kirk’s loving spirit will be cherished by his wife, Paula McKenzie Enloe, with whom he shared 40 wonderful years of marriage. He is also survived by his mother, Norma Lee Grayson and her husband, Dennis Wayne Grayson; his children, Holly Enloe, Glen Ferguson and his wife Katrina, and Crystal Ferguson; as well as his beloved grandchildren, McKenzie Gann, Destiney Gann and her fiancé Landon Linton, Brianna Ferguson and her fiancé Eric Lamb, Delanie Reese and husband Wyatt Reese, Hailee Ferguson and fiancé Tyler Thatcher, Payton Whitton and husband Hayden Whitton, and Tyler White and fiancé Marissa Snook, and a great-grandchild, Theoden DeLane Whitton.

Kirk was predeceased by his father, Charles Hampton Enloe, and his sister, Lisa Enloe. Their memories will continue to inspire and guide those they leave behind.

As we remember Kirk Wayne Enloe, we celebrate a man who lived life to the fullest, cherished his family, and left an indelible mark on all who had the honor of knowing him. His legacy of love, strength, and compassion will forever remain in our hearts.
