Hunter Eakin, 22, of Liberty, who was out on bond from the Liberty County Jail on an arson charge stemming from a July 11, 2025, suspicious fire at Anytime Septic Solutions in Cleveland, is now facing two new charges in Chambers County.
According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Skylor Hearn, deputies were dispatched on Oct. 26, 2025, to a residence off FM 2936 near Anahuac, Texas, following a 911 call about a stabbing.
When deputies arrived, Eakin had already fled the scene.
“There was an assault with a knife, more of a cutting, lacerating kind of attack, but with three potential victims,” Hearn said.
Hearn explained that the dispute allegedly began after an interaction between Eakin and a 16-year-old girl.
“Right now, it appears that he attacked others at the party that were trying to get him to leave and wanted him to leave the 16-year-old alone,” Hearn said.
Two men and a woman were injured and transported by private vehicle to a local hospital. They were treated and released for non-life-threatening injuries.
Eakin was later arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon. He is being held in the Chambers County Jail on bonds totaling $125,000.
Hearn said the investigation is ongoing and that additional charges may be filed.
Eakin was among three people charged in connection with the July 2025 arson at Anytime Septic Solutions in Cleveland. Also charged in the arson case were Michael Manna Cradduck, 36, of Cleveland, and Kira Paige Nugent, 24, of Aransas Pass, Texas.
Investigators said Eakin was unemployed at the time of the fire, while Cradduck worked for Texas Septic Solutions.
The fire destroyed three vehicles and caused significant damage to the business’s building. Surveillance footage reportedly showed an unidentified person intentionally setting the blaze, which quickly engulfed the vehicles. The business was closed at the time, and damages were estimated at approximately $500,000.

Vanesa, if you really want a good story about this crap you continue to post on Bluebonnet, first of all I would have to read about James Sullivan vs. David Bills And Texas Septic, case CV2016089. I just wonder how much he paid his employee, Cradduck, who’s out on a 100K Bond, with conditions and has retained an attorney, located at the same practice in Houston that Bills hired to represent him on the case between him and James Sullivan. Upon reading further into all of the documents that are free to the public, Cradduck released to the same address where Bills Septic Business and personal physical address is. WHAT A COINCIDENCE! NOW, here we have Cradduck and Kira, who are pretty darn good friends, and by the way, both from Aransas County…hmmm? Cradduck and Kira both disappear, after the arson incident, makes you wonder why! They have Hunter in custody first, they don’t have to get the Texas Rangers and every agent out looking for him, and, by the way he is currently ‘A SUSPECT’! TOOK ALL THE AGENCIES INVOLVED TO TRACK DOWN CRADDUCK AND KIRA. Kira’s bond set at 50K. Now, let’s go into this latest article you have posted, which Ashton Ohl, who by the way, has a history of Assault Causing Bodily Injury, case 25CCCR0081, he’s probably 26, 27, weighing over 200 lbs, right along with the rest of his baddass friends jumping on a 22 year old, weighing 170 lbs, pinning him down, beating, punching, kicking him, threatening to kill him because he was leaving, they are the one’s that wouldn’t let him leave, Hunter fearing for his life! They had to make up the story about the 16 yr old girl to make them look like the innocent one’s in that incident. Hey, it takes a little time to research and read about TRUE things that have happened and use common sense to figure all things out, it don’t take a rocket scientist, that goes for the investigators and detectives involved in all this also!! And by the way, with all respect, Mr. SULLIVAN, stop posting all your BS on Facebook!
Holy crap! Now that was a pointless rant that lost its meaning…
But was fun to read!
ROFL
Did you notice all the marks from being beat on? Funny how they all vanished in such a short time. I think we found one of his girlfriends.
