The Liberty Garden Club has announced its Christmas Decorations award winners for this year. After committee members viewed the many homes brightly trimmed with lights, inflatables, and festive displays, five places were recognized.
The winners are:
- 208 Avenue B, home of Lorenzo and Alpha Tenorio
- 5016 Briar Grove, home of Bryan and Marissa Cunnyngham
- 105 Wallisville Road, home of Charles and Rhonda Huddleston
- 2001 North Travis, home of Frank and Connie Jordan

Festive lights and colorful decorations brighten the Tenorio home on Avenue B.

The Cunnyngham family’s display features cheerful Christmas lights and holiday décor.

The Huddleston home shines with classic Christmas lights and seasonal decorations.

Bright lights and a welcoming holiday display make the Jordan home stand out.
The City of Liberty also received an award for its beautiful downtown decorations and the weekly Christmas events held on Tuesdays. The Garden Club noted that the City has played an important role in boosting the community’s holiday spirit.
Committee members Betty Tankersley and Roberta Thornton worked to select homes that had not been recognized in previous years and praised the efforts of local homeowners.

The liberty garden club,,, what a bunch of bull, announcing award winners,,,, as if they real community servers giving awards to the people who can afford the best Xmas lights. Do we need such club in liberty, or anywhere else in this world, or do we just need good people who help those in need!!! Liberty garden club—Jesus Christ
Maybe they can spruce up the tire shop on Main Street.
