Martha Ann Scroggins Snoe was born Sept. 9, 1940, in New Waverly, Texas, to parents, Steve Alexander Scroggins and Ossie Beatrice Keene Scroggins. She passed away in San Jacinto County, Texas, on Dec. 15, 2025, at the age of 85.
Martha was the accountant for her husband Joe Snoe. They had a thriving machine shop business and enjoyed each other’s company. Martha was also a longtime member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Her greatest love was for her family and she will be greatly missed by everyone that loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Ossie Scroggins; beloved husband, Joe Snoe; brother, James Scroggins.
Martha is survived by her beloved children, Stephen Joe Snoe, and Terri Ellisor and husband Randy; grandchildren, Erica Garito and husband Mike, Tiffanie Lockwood and husband Mike; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Nicholas, Kalynn, and Kinzley. Graveside Service will be held Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at 2 p.m., in the Hill Cemetery in New Waverly, Texas with Bro. Carl Williamson officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be, Charlie Ellisor, Art Womack, Michael Hammond, Eddie Ellisor, Fritz Faulkner, and Own Makris.
