Ellisor seeking reelection as San Jacinto County Pct. 3 JP

San Jacinto County Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Randy Ellisor has announced his campaign for re-election in the March 3 Republican primary. Ellisor has served as Justice of the Peace for 26 consecutive years and currently holds the position of senior Justice of the Peace in San Jacinto County.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminology, Ellisor has completed nearly 1,000 hours of continuing education in criminal and civil law.

During his tenure, Ellisor has also served as the county’s administrative license revocation judge and has extensive experience handling arrest and search warrant requirements, as well as probable cause affidavits.

His civil court experience includes cases and evictions with jurisdiction up to $20,000. Ellisor’s campaign emphasizes fiscal responsibility, noting that the court has operated with a balanced budget throughout his 26 years in office.

Ellisor describes himself as a conservative candidate and highlights his support for Second Amendment rights, including hosting concealed carry license classes in his home.

He also advocates that bond amounts in criminal cases should reflect the seriousness of the charges involved.
