Flora Cabrera Cordova Garcia

Flora Cabrera Cordova Garcia, 50, passed away on Feb. 14, 2026, in Anahuac, Texas. She was born on March 13, 1975, in Mexico to Eliseo and Delfina Cordova. Flora lived a life filled with joy, creativity, and love. She had a vibrant spirit and found happiness in dancing, listening to music, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking.

She especially enjoyed treating herself to getting her hair and nails done, a small ritual that always brought her joy and confidence. Flora’s warm heart, strength, and lively personality touched everyone who knew her. Flora was a member of Our Lady of Light Catholic Church in Anahuac. Flora will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Flora was preceded in death by her dad Elíseo Cordova. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory, her husband Alfredo Cabrera, her children Alfredo Cabrera Córdova and his wife Graciela, Anayeli Yebra and her husband Victor, Dario Cabrera and his wife Alexis, Lizeth Cabrera. Her grandchildren Victor Yebra Jr., and Elizar Cabrera; her mother Delfina Córdova; her siblings Maria, Nelly, Irma, Nohemi, Marisela and Alvaro Córdova; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Honoring the family by serving as pallbearers will be Alfredo Cabrera Córdova, Dario Cabrera, Armando Cabrera, Enrique Cabrera, Jose Cabrera, Francisco Cabrera, Victor Yebra, and Jose Yebra. Honorary Pallbearers are Alvaro Córdova, Jose Cabrera Jr, Jose Santos Cabrera and Jose Rodriguez.

Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 5pm, on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, at Sterling Funeral Home, 1201 S. Main St Anahuac TX, 77514. A funeral mass will be on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church with Father Philip Tran celebrating. A graveside service will immediately follow at Anahuac Cemetery.
