Austin Bank opens full-service Willis branch

Austin Bank representatives and members of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce mark the opening of the bank’s new Willis location with a ribbon cutting Feb. 25.

Jacksonville-based Austin Bank, along with the Conroe/Lake Conroe and Huntsville/Walker County Area Chambers of Commerce, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Feb. 25 to celebrate the opening of its new full-service banking center in Willis. The event was well attended by Chamber members, local business leaders, and Austin Bank’s leadership team and employees.

The Willis office is under the leadership of Weldon Whitt, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender, and Retail Office Manager, Mere Todd.

“We are extremely pleased with the leadership of Mere and Weldon,” states Jeff Austin III, Chairman of the Board. “They have established a strong team committed to providing an excellent customer experience for our friends and neighbors. The new Austin Bank office is located at 9375 FM 1097, Suite 400, Willis, TX 77318.
