Mrs. Willie Ann Wiley, 91, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on Feb. 27, 2026.

Services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Proctor’s Mortuary, 3522 Washington Blvd., Beaumont, Texas. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 10 a.m.

Willie Ann Wiley, age 91, was born Sept. 2, 1935, and passed away Feb. 27, 2026. She was originally from the small town of Kilgore, Texas, and later relocated to Beaumont, Texas.

Willie married her high school sweetheart, Ray Boy Wiley, and together they raised 13 children. As a mother of thirteen, Willie enjoyed work that required dirt on her hands, a hat on her head, and a towel around her. To Willie, work wasn’t just a plot of grass — it was her canvas. In addition to her love for her housewife duties, Willie enjoyed gardening and yard work. Her passion for putting effort into the things she loved was most reflected in the way she lived her life.

On May 14, 2022, at Meadows Church of Christ, Willie declared to the church and the world that Jesus Christ was her Lord and Savior. Because Jesus had saved her and she submitted to Him in obedience as her Lord, she publicly confessed her faith through baptism.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wiley; and children, Margaret Wiley, Bobby Wiley, Barbara Wiley-Bell, and Mattie Conklin.

She is survived by her children, Donna Wiley, Stephanie Wiley, Tommy Wiley (Nancy), Kimberly Wiley, Michael Wiley (Cassandra), Tonya Wiley, Arnold Wiley, Robert Wiley (Tiffany), and Angela Wiley.

Willie will be remembered for her spirit, her unwavering faith, and her love. She leaves behind a legacy of compassionate strength and resilience, and her family and friends will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
