Cleveland Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Thursday night at a game room on Belcher Street.

According to police, the robbery happened around 9:35 p.m. on March 12, 2026, at the Six 9 Amusement Game Room in the 100 block of Belcher Street.

Investigators say three masked men dressed in black entered the business through the front door. The game room attendant reported that one of the suspects pointed a rifle at the on-duty uniformed security guard and immediately disarmed him, removing the guard’s weapon from its holster.

Another suspect then demanded money from the attendant at gunpoint.

Several customers were inside the business at the time of the robbery and were also robbed of their money, according to police.

After taking money from the attendant and customers, the suspects fled the scene on foot through the front door.

No injuries were reported.

Officers and detectives with the Cleveland Police Department responded to the scene and spoke with witnesses as part of the ongoing investigation.

Police said the case is being taken seriously and has caused concern among other local businesses.
