Deborah Louise Barron

Deborah Louise Barron was born in Texarkana, Texas, on April 14, 1953, to parents, Troy Ray Turley and Christine Carroll Turley. She passed away March 14, 2026, in Shepherd, Texas, at the age of 72.

Deborah loved life and would light up any room she walked in. She loved the outdoors, especially camping and she loved her long walks on the beach. Deborah worked at Walgreens for 30 years and she made many friends with employees along the way.

She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her love and laughter will be missed by everyone that loved her. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Troy Ray and Christine Turley; her beloved son, Kevin Barron; beloved sisters, Susan Hayword and Virginia Murphy.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wayne Barron; beloved sisters, Patty McDonald and husband Wayne, and Faye Degetaire and Richard; grandchildren, Chloe Barron, Kaylee Barron, and Seth Bryant; nephews, Roger Stephens, Jimmy McDonald, Johnathan McDonald, and Dwayne McDonald.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Eric Bolenbaucher officiating. Burial will follow in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Roger Stephens, Jimmy McDonald, Johnathan McDonald, Dwayne McDonald, Seth Bryant, and Kaylee Barron.
