Randy Randall Stout was born July 7, 1952, in Wills Point, Texas, to parents, Willie Magan Stout and Ethel Dawson Stout. He entered Heaven’s Gates on March 26, 2026, at the age of 73.
Randy worked many years as a Master Plumber and had a love for God and for his family. Randy will be greatly missed by everyone that loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ethel Stout; sister, Barbaree Patton.
Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Virginia Stout; brothers, Roger Stout and Derrick Stout. Visitation will be at the Jesus Global Methodist Church on Saturday, March 4, 2026, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Funeral Service will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev. Bill Posey officiating.
Burial will follow in the Restland Memorial Park in Livingston, Texas. Pallbearers for the service will be, Michael Murphy, Ryan Murphy, Sean Murphy, Daniel Freeman, David Francis, and Devin Sailing.
