Jesus Garcia Arellano (1930 – 2024)

Jesus Garcia Arellano, 93, of Liberty, Texas, passed away on April 18, 2024.

He was born December 25, 1930, in Rayon, San Luis Potosi, to Manuel Garcia Rivera and Maria Eufrocina Arellano Padilla.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and children: Marcelina, first born daughter, Preciliano, Margarito, and Humberto, and grandchildren: Jesus Garcia and Melba Castro.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Maria Guadalupe Reyes Coronado, his children, Yolanda Hernandez (Mauro), Refugio Garcia, Valentina Garcia, Felipe Garcia (Elena), Donaciano Garcia (Angela), Juan Garcia (Dana), Clemente Garcia. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 24th, from 5-9 p.m. at Allison’s Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7 p.m. The funeral mass will be on April 25th at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Liberty.

Jesus Garcia Arellano falleció el 18 de abril de 2024 a los 93 años en Liberty, Texas.

Jesus nació en Rayon, San Luis Potosi justo el día 25 de diciembre de 1930.

Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres, Manuel Garcia Rivera y Maria Eufrocina Arellano Padilla, hermanos y hermanas, y sus hijos: Marcelina, hija primogenita, Preciliano, Margarito, y Humberto, y sus nietos: Jesus Garcia y Melba Castro.

Deja a su querida esposa de 70 años, Maria Guadalupe Reyes Coronado, y sus hijos e hijas, Yolanda Hernandez (Mauro), Refugio Garcia, Valentina Garcia, Felipe Garcia (Elena), Donaciano Garcia (Angela), Juan Garcia (Dana), Clemente Garcia. También deja 24 nietos, 40 bisnietos, y 8 tataranietos al igual que muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

La visitación se llevará a cabo el miércoles 24 de Abril de 5 a 9PM en Allison’s Funeral Home con el rosario a las 7PM. La misa fúnebre se llevará a cabo el jueves 25 de Abril a las 10am en la iglesia Inmaculada Concepción en Liberty.
